Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will help support SAP Business ByDesign including but not limited to system management, maintenance, enhancement and day to day support.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support users with issues as theyarise in SAP.
Assist in troubleshooting systemerrors and developing solutions.
Assist and/or manage systemenhancements including EDI, webservice integrations, etc.
Help maintain SAP through dataloads, data analysis and create/maintain data sources/reports.
Help build and maintain businessforms (Purchase Order, Invoice, Sales Order, etc.)
Partner with other areas to providetraining and/or assist with identifying and implementing relevant businesssolutions.
Assist in developing StandardOperating Procedures.
Perform other duties as assignedby management.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree Is desired.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Two or more years of experience asa Business Systems Analyst.
Previous experience in a startup environment is desired.
Experience working with SAP ERP or similar system.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Financial accounting for standard business processes required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to adapt to business needs including shifting duties and responsibilities.
Experiencewith ABAP, XML and/or X12 programming languages is desired.
AdobeLiveCycle Designer experience is desired.
Basic understanding of SAP ERP Products.
Interest in Software Development to assist in process automation.
Proficient with Microsoft OfficeSuite.
